A vegan diet is suitable for all stages of life including infancy, however, for children especially, it does need to be carefully planned to ensure all essential nutrients are being met.


Each week contains three main meals and snacks suitable for infants from 6 months of age to aid with weaning from milk to solid foods. The meals are designed to provide enough protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates while providing plenty of fiber and other essential nutrients.


A vegan diet for Infants must include enough vitamins and minerals in their diet and this is why I recommend a vitamin D & B12 supplement for infants to support their diet, (links to recommended supplements in comments) also including calcium-fortified plant-based milk alongside their daily food and current (breast/formula) milk intakes to ensure calcium intakes are met.


What you will receive:


  • 4-weeks of 7-day vegan meal plan provide a variety of recipes (around 6 recipes each week on average).
  • Each week you will receive three main meals and a meal prep snack. In total, this provides about 25 new recipes for your baby to try!
  • You get 3 main meals and snacks each week.
  • Recipes are whole food plant-based without meat replacements, excess oils, or processed foods. No artificial flavours or ingredients are included.
  • You may get a plant-based sweet snack without the added sugar that's both healthy and tasty. It can curb sweet cravings.
  • The weekly vegan weaning recipes are easy to follow with clear instructions and simple ingredients, usually taking under 30 minutes to make.
  • Nutritional info (macronutrient & micronutrient values) helps track progress and meet goals.
  • You'll get a list of ingredients each week to make cooking from scratch easier. This saves money by reducing waste.
  • In the comments, I'll share more info, tips, and supplement recommendations.
