"I’m a new lady! I was struggling with food intolerances (dairy)and I am a Coeliac I was feeling generally rubbish. I was craving takeaways most nights and was addicted to milk chocolate (which didn’t even agree with me!) -this inspired me to make contact with Rose as I was fed up of feeling rotten and treating my body this way . The cost of takeaways I had been having I realised were better used to cover the cost of having a nutritionist and making this investment in myself.

Within three weeks of following her gorgeously tasty meal plans I had lost 10 pounds. I had also cut out caffeine and refined sugar (major news for me as I was addicted to sugar and fats). I am now in control of my own energy levels. The positives are immense. I naturally get very tired at bedtime, I drop off to sleep quickly, then have a deep, good quality sleep.
My hormones are more controlled and my premenstrual breast tenderness has gone.

My eyes look like they have had a lid lift as my eye puffiness has gone-yay!

My creaky knees and not creaking anymore-also yay!
I now have the tools to carry on on my own and Rose has made me feel confident to do so. The recipe plans I now have I will rotate and use going forward.

Throughout working with Rose she has been approachable, speedy to reply to my text questions (daily!). She has spoken to me weekly to check in. Rose is a passionate vegan and she gave me more information about it if I asked for it. I admire her for not forcing any aspect of this as initially it was the healthy food I was interested in, then I started to ask more about other health aspects.

My husband and two children have been enjoying the meals too, they have also lost extra weight they carried and cut their sugar cravings- they look much healthier now. I must stop writing- I could write an essay!

"Amazing! Rose has opened a whole new world of eating for us... we've been wanting to move more towards plant based diet for years - partly because my partner is lactose intollerant and I don't enjoy eating meat for a few reasons - but we always found plant based/vegan diet over complicated to get good flavours or simple recipes really boring . “I cannot recommend Rose's services highly enough, I had asked her to make me a four week vegan meal plan, and I am extremely happy with the whole experience.

All of the meals were delicious and tailored to my needs, we spoke through videocall once a week and she asked me which aspects I had enjoyed and what I would like to change for the following week, Rose then made a new meal plan for the next week adding in my comments, eg increasing the amount of spicy dishes or increasing the amount of iron rich foods etc.

"I have just finished working with Rose for a 4 month period from Oct through to Jan, due to some gastro intestinal problems I was having.

Rose not only helped me clear up the issues within a couple of months, but also lose some weight and get to my target weight within the same time period, all of this while eating more food!

We also managed to stop my reliance on supplementation for my intensive cycling hobby, focusing instead on using whole foods to bring in the calories I need, and I gradually realised I didn't need the expensive supplements I was using.

It's fair to say the experience was overwhelmingly positive, I've got all the tools to carry on by myself now and thrive on the WFPB diet, thanks to the wonderful meal plans and results I saw in such a short space of time while working with Rose.

“I contacted Rose (The Vegan Nutritionist) because I was concerned about my newly developed cold hands and feet I was experiencing since becoming vegan. I knew this could be an issue with my diet but wasn’t sure how to resolve it myself as I thought I ate pretty healthy.

Rose looked at my current diet and pinpointed the possible causes. Through video call she learnt my lifestyle, eating habits, likes, dislikes and cooking skill level. Based on that, created a tailored weekly meal plan. This was followed up by weekly video calls to discuss how I was getting on with the course and to talk through the next weeks; adding new recipes and any amendments.

"I did the four-week meal plan with Rose as I was looking to ensure a complete nutritional profile on a whole food plant-based diet with an increased percentage of raw food. 

 The one-hour sessions and the initial questionnaire ensured that the plans were suited to my goals, taking into account my particular health conditions. 

 Not only that, Rose provides recipes to suit your personal preferences too. Rose tailored the plan to suit me but, knowing my husband would also be following it, was careful to point out that his calorie intake should be increased, as he is a runner. 

 My husband and I have been vegan for 18 years and while he was doing triathlons he had a vegan nutritionist so we have experience in being followed by a professional. 


 We both gained knowledge from this but eventually did our own thing. Now we are both feeling the benefits of having meal plans that are nutritionally complete, varied, and delicious!
