There are many wonderful easy vegan Christmas recipes to enjoy over the holidays, and that's what this 5-day meal plan comprises for you, with a variety of simple and healthy whole food plant-based Christmas recipes covering Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. Enjoy delicious food this festive season with this Christmas meal plan.


Each day contains three vegan main dishes for festive days, plus savoury snacks and desserts. The meals are designed to provide enough protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates to help you stay healthy over the holidays, whilst eating delicious food!

Portion sizes are based on a 2000-calorie diet. However, you can adjust serving sizes to meet your specific calorie needs to be based on your activity level.


What you will receive:

  • A 5-day vegan meal plan provide a variety of recipes covering the main holiday days (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day).
  • All recipes provided are whole food plant-based without meat replacements or processed foods.
  • You will receive some sweet treats as snacks that are plant-based and without added sugar but are still healthy and delicious.
  • The recipes included are easy to follow with clear instructions and simple ingredients.
  • Each week contains nutritional information (macronutrient and micronutrient values).
  • You will receive a grocery list of the ingredients you need each week to help make it easier to prepare everything from scratch.
  • I will also offer several resources within the comments section of the meal plan to provide further information on the vegan diet.

Kindly be aware that these meal plans are not customised and may not be suitable for individuals with health concerns or those requiring a personalised vegan diet to meet specific requirements.
