This set of meal plans offers new recipes each week, each are packed with protein, and the great thing about these meal plans is you can repeat them all summer until you reach your goals. Then, when the autumn comes, you can switch to the 8-week fast 800 meal plan on my shop to continue your progress.


Expect 50g of protein on average per day, without protein powders! So if you want to add them you can increase further!


This high level of protein will help ensure loss of weight in fat and not muscle.


I have incorporated high-protein plant-based foods like tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, soy milk/yogurt, and legume noodles, so that you can enjoy fulfilling meals using healthy whole foods, without compromising your goals.


You will find these meal plans are also fairly inexpensive to follow, due to the low calories consumed.


The meal plans deliver a balanced approach by providing adequate nutrition alongside reduced calorie intake to support healthy and sustainable weight loss throughout the programme.


In addition, the weekly meal plans include micronutrient calculations to ensure that essential nutrients are met. A multivitamin and multimineral supplement are also incorporated into this diet plan to make it sustainable to follow for the duration and repeat If needed to reach weight goals.
